7 Layer Cookie Bars #FoodieFriday

My mom made these delious 7 layer cookie bars every year and they were one of my favorite memories of Christmas. This will be our first holiday season without her and sad as it seems, I think she would want us to carry on her traditions. So I searched for the recipe and wanted to share it with you.
These bars are so yummy, the Eagle Brand sweet and condensed milk is what helps to make these so good.
