Did you know that you can actually give your pets coconut oil? Both by mouth and topically. I have noticed a huge difference in my fur-babies skin, coats, digestion and over all energy levels. My 2 pugs love the taste and almost beg for coconut oil.
I can say that I have noticed an improvement in my own energy level by taking a teaspoon daily and my skin is much improved since using the coconut oil on my face and body as a moisturizer daily.
This amazing list from The Wellness Mama site has many other uses for this amazing oil that I myself use daily now. I buy a container for my kitchen and one for the medicine cabinet now.
